a. My Anabelle is an e-commerce website that sells products through the company's website (hereinafter: "the Website").

b. Wherever masculine pronouns are used in these terms and conditions, they refer to both genders.

c. Use of the Website and/or purchase of a product offered for sale by the Website constitutes the customer's agreement to accept and act according to these terms and conditions. Therefore, if the customer does not agree to any of its terms, they are requested not to make any use of the Website.

d. The provisions of these terms and conditions shall apply to any use made by the customer (hereinafter "Customer") of the Website and constitute the legal basis between the Customer and the Website.

a. To purchase a product by phone, please call the phone number listed on the Website and provide the required details: buyer's name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and credit card number. A Website representative will confirm the item's availability in stock and the customer's ability to order it.

b. To purchase a product through the Website, select the product and fill in details such as name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number. Please ensure that the correct details are provided, otherwise we cannot guarantee the delivery of the order.

c. Filling in all required details for purchasing a product, some of which are mentioned in sections a and/or b, will be considered an order placed by the customer (hereinafter "Order"). Upon receipt of the Order, the Website will verify the credit card details, and only after the Order is approved by the credit card companies will the transaction be confirmed and the product shipped. The customer will be charged for the product via credit card or PayPal.

d. For the avoidance of doubt, sending an email to the customer does not constitute proof of transaction and does not obligate the Website. Only the record registered in the Website's computers shall constitute conclusive proof of the correctness of the transactions.

e. Final confirmation of the order will be sent only after verification of the credit card specified in the order and approval by the credit card company, and all subject to the availability of products in stock. The shipping date will be determined from the date of approval of the transaction by the credit card company.

f. Submitting false information is a criminal offense, and anyone who does so is subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings.

h. Order cancellation will be subject to section 7 below.

a. The Website will only supply products that have been fully paid for by credit card as specified above, to the address that the customer entered or provided at the time of order.

b. The shipping company is a private courier company, and the product will be delivered by courier to the customer's home within 7 business days.

d. The Website shall not be liable for any delay or postponement in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control, including strikes, lockouts, etc.

e. The terms and conditions of the shipping company through which the delivery will be carried out shall apply to every delivery/shipment of a product through the Website and shall be binding on the customer.

f. The stated product delivery times only include the calculation of business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).

g. At the time of product delivery, the Website and/or its representatives may require the presence of the credit card holder at the time of product delivery, and/or the presentation of the credit card holder's identification, and/or the credit card holder's signature on a voucher as a condition for product delivery.

h. For any request to cancel an order after the product has already been shipped, the cancellation is subject to the customer returning the product in its original packaging within 14 business days, complete and/or without damage and/or defect and/or flaw and/or malfunction of any kind whatsoever to the Website at their own expense.

a. A customer may place orders, subject to fulfilling the cumulative conditions listed below:

1. The customer is capable of performing binding legal actions. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age) or are not entitled to perform legal actions without guardian approval, a written guardian approval must be attached.

2. The customer possesses a valid Israeli identity card or foreign passport, or is a corporation duly incorporated and registered in Israel.

3. The customer possesses a valid Israeli or international Visa or Isracard credit card, issued in Israel or abroad by one of the credit card companies.

4. The customer has an email address on the internet and an address in Israel.

b. Without derogating from the above, the Website shall be entitled to prevent a customer from placing an order on the Website if:

1. The customer committed an illegal act and/or violated legal provisions;

2. The customer violated a condition of these terms and conditions;

3. The customer intentionally provided incorrect details during registration and/or subsequently by phone;

4. The customer committed an act or omission that could harm the Website - or the proper functioning of the Website and/or its representatives and/or any of the designers and/or any third party whatsoever.

a. The Website will not make any use of the information without the customer's permission unless required by law or to prevent misuse. The Website will allow access to information only to those of its employees who need the information to provide service.

b. The Website takes customary precautions to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of information. However, in cases beyond its control and/or arising from force majeure, the Website shall not be responsible for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, that may be caused to you and/or anyone on your behalf if this information is lost or if unauthorized use is made of it.

a. A customer may cancel an order in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law").

b. Order cancellation must be made within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

c. Order cancellation must be made in writing by sending a message via email to the Website or to customer service WhatsApp at 054-2985616.

d. For order cancellation according to the above rules, the customer will only be charged a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the product price or 100 New Israeli Shekels, whichever is lower, or a credit to the Website for the full amount paid for the products. A monetary refund for the product will be given but not for shipping fees (the item's price on the Website does not include shipping fees). The monetary refund will be given provided that the item has not been used or damaged. The monetary refund will be processed within 14 days of the item's return, and only to the credit card from which the order was made. It will be executed under the same terms as the original transaction (i.e., a transaction made in installments will be credited in a corresponding number of installments, and a transaction charged in a single payment will be credited in one payment).

e. Cancellation of the order by the customer is subject to the customer returning the product in its original packaging, complete and/or without damage and/or defect and/or flaw and/or malfunction of any kind whatsoever.

f. Products cannot be returned after they have been used.

g. The provisions of this section shall not apply to goods and services stipulated in section 14c(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.

h. The Website is entitled to cancel an order in whole or in part:

1. If a clerical error occurred in the offer;

2. If it turns out that the order was accompanied by illegal activity by the buyer and/or any third party.

3. When the transaction was carried out unlawfully and not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

i. Cancellation of the sale will be communicated to the buyer by phone and/or in writing to the email address provided during the order.

j. If it is discovered that the product is out of stock, the Website may cancel the order or offer an equivalent alternative product. If an order is canceled as stated, the Website shall not be liable and shall not bear any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the customer or a third party, including but not limited to damage due to purchasing the product from a third party at a higher price.

a. A clerical error in the product description will not obligate the Website. Product images are for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the images displayed on the Website, some or all of them, and the products actually sold.

b. The Website and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the customer or a third party, as a result of use or purchase not in accordance with these terms and conditions, whatever the cause of action, including loss of income and/or prevention of profit caused for any reason whatsoever, in which case the Website reserves the right to cancel the specific purchase by written notice to the operator.

c. The Website's computer records regarding operations performed through the Website shall constitute prima facie evidence of the correctness of the operations.

d. All jewelry displayed on the Website is made of 925 sterling silver. The Website and/or its representatives shall not be responsible and shall not bear any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the customer or a third party, as a result of wearing the jewelry.

e. Warranty: There is no warranty on jewelry that is lost / torn / cracked / scratched / or for faded / blackened color or any change that occurred in it. The warranty is for one year and covers setting if a stone falls out and corrosion.

f. All information and/or displays appearing on the Website, including graphics, design, verbal presentation, trademarks, logo marks, as well as their arrangement and presentation, are the exclusive property of the Website and/or its representatives. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use the content appearing on the Website in any other way without the prior written consent of the Website. All products appearing on this Website are subject to copyright according to law.

h. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions and/or anything arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and shall be clarified, if necessary, exclusively in the competent court in Haifa.
